Please be aware that in order to keep our prices low, some of the items available in the shop are sent direct from the manufacturer. With this in mind please allow upto 14 days for delivery. Items that are sent direct from the manufacturers will generally state a Delivery Period of 7-14 days in the shop, this is to make you aware that it could take upto 14 days. If you are not willing to wait upto 14 days for delivery please don't purchase items with a Delivery Period of 7-14 days.

Delivery is £1.50 per order, unless your order is £25 or more then delivery is free. Overseas orders have a £2.50 delivery charge, unless your order is £40 or more then delivery is free. 

When placing an order please make sure you select the correct delivery method otherwise this will delay the processing of your order.

If paying by cheque, please make it payable to C Rowland. If you make your cheque payable to anyone other than C Rowland, this will greatly delay your order. Orders that are paid for using a cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

LED-Depot offers a 14 day cooling off period for orders placed. If for any reason you no longer require the items purchased, you can return them within 14 days and in un-used condition. If returining items please contact us first so we are aware of the return.

During your visit to our website, if you encounter any problems i.e pictures not loading/missing, options not working or anything you think may be incorrect, please use the Contact Form to notify us so the problem can be rectified.
